30 years of industrial experience with yeast/ethanol fermentation, production, extensive knowledge in various raw materials (cane/beet molasses, beet syrup, inuline hydrolysate, bread hydrolysate, whole grain mashes from wheat and corn) Development of specific processes as e.g.:
- fully automated batch ethanol fermentation (with yeast recycle)
- baker's yeast from beet syrup and bread hydrolysate
- process for ecological yeast production
- development of specific equipment for yeast production/quality control
- development of high-efficiency patented emulsifier mixture for Instant Yeast production
